The Irish Community Empowerment Group is a not for profit organisation with focus on development and empowerment of our stakeholders. IRCEG is made up of Irish, Congolese and other minority groups living in Ireland. We stand to assist minority groups to integrate into the Irish society and to empower individuals and communitie here to get established while working towards sustainable poverty alleviation and its related causes in the Democratic Republic of Congo especially and other third world countries in general.

IRCEG vision is "a just and equal Society” where human dignity and rights are respected in all social, economic, political and cultural aspects of everyday life.MISSION:
The mission of IRCEG is to influence the development of effective pathways to self-sufficiency by fostering sustainable development for communities here with capacity to effect change in DRC and elsewhere.OBJECTIVES:
- Support and Capacity building of communities and their members.
- Promotion of women participation and economic empowerment.
- Provide training, hold seminars to highlight and support areas of needs.
- Provide support to refugees and asylum seekers in need and facilitate their integration.
- Promote youth engagement and development.
- Support the relief of poverty, sickness and distress primarily but not exclusively in Africa.
- Promote the actualisation of peace and justice for all
- Network with other organisations locally and internationally to promote human development.
